Marjorie (Mo) Baldwin, M.M., A.C.C.

Mo has guided leadership and strategy in corporate and nonprofit environments for over 25 years, pulling on practical experience to perform primary qualitative research and help clients create cutting-edge strategies, build business plans and launch initiatives.  She also coaches individual leaders as they define internal goals and values, navigate external environments and relationships, and discover personal solutions that produce tangible results.

Her strategic planning and executive coaching clientele are drawn from corporations, nonprofits, government, and institutions of higher education, such as National Education Association, Department of Homeland Security, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, World Wildlife Fund, Sundance Institute, Brookings Institution Metropolitan Policy Program, Fannie Mae Foundation, and Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.

Prior to consulting, Ms. Baldwin provided strategic marketing direction for the national non-profit The Enterprise Foundation. Earlier in her career, Ms. Baldwin worked at Kemper Sports Marketing where she managed consumer oriented promotional plans for clients such as Kraft General Foods.  She has also held marketing positions at First Night, Inc., a nonprofit organization in the arts, and Owens/Corning Fiberglas Corporation. 

Mo received a BA from Princeton University and earned a Masters in Management from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.  A graduate of the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Program, she is accredited by the International Coaching Federation and is certified by The Leadership Circle™.

Mark J. DeNino

Mark J. DeNino has been a partner at TL Ventures since 1994.  Mark was also the founder and Chairman of the Investment Committee of Penn Mezzanine Partners and was the founder of and partner at EnerTech Capital Partners.  The three firms collectively managed nearly $2 billion of capital.

Previously, Mark was head of the Corporate Finance unit at Fidelity Bank, was a co-founder and CFO of two venture-backed technology start-ups and worked for what is now Deloitte & Touche.

Mark’s investment focus has varied from software to business and financial services to communications and energy.  Since joining TL Ventures, he has served on 49 public and private company boards.

Mark graduated from Boston College and the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.  He is the co-author of a Harvard Business Review article, “When Corporate Venture Capital Doesn’t Work.”

 

 

 

 

Marjorie Bride

Marjorie McHenry Bride currently serves as Vice President Emeritus & Advisor, Special Interest Groups at Odysseys Unlimited, Inc., an international tour company based in Newton, MA.  Since 1998 she has been responsible for all sales and marketing of the company’s international tours to U.S. university alumni and arts & cultural organizations’ travel programs, as well as managing the operations and production of her division at Odysseys.  From 1990 – 1998 she was Founder and President of her own cultural tour company.

Previous to her career in the travel industry, Marjorie was owner and partner in several planning and commercial real estate companies in Portland, ME.

She graduated from Bryn Mawr College with a BA in Economics, the University of Pittsburgh School of Public and International Affairs with a Masters Degree in Urban & Regional Planning, and the Harvard University Graduate School of Design with a certificate in Development of Historic Buildings.

Marjorie served on a number of community boards in Portland, ME such as Greater Portland Landmarks, the Greater Portland Chamber of Commerce and the World Affairs Council.  In Boston she served on the Board of Directors of the POSSE Foundation. 

Currently, she is Co-Chairperson of the Outward Bound USA Board of Advisors, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Mitchell Institute Scholarship Foundation and the Hurricane Island Outward Bound Council. 

 

 

 

Priya Licht

Priya Licht is a Senior Human Resources Executive with a deep background in international people strategy for both non-profit and for-profit organizations.

Prior to starting Aadmi Consulting, Ms. Licht was the Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Advisor at the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI), where she built the HR department from the ground up for an international employee base of 700+ people across 25+ countries. 

Prior to joining CHAI, Ms. Licht spent 10 years working in London, New Delhi and the U.S. where she started up offices and built HR departments for Fortune 1000 companies in industries ranging from software consultancies, like Sapient, pharmaceuticals, like GSK, to the retail sector in Tesco, Ltd. In addition to her work in the private sector, Ms. Licht also has prior experience in the non-profit sector, where she has worked for the American Red Cross and the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation in Washington, D.C.

Ms. Licht is a graduate of the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University where she concentrated on International Business and Negotiation and Conflict Resolution. She also has a degree from Mount Holyoke College.

Jason Cianchette

Jason has built his career on building great teams and great internet products. Along the way, he helped launch three successful internet companies that have generated millions of monthly users.  Jason is currently focused on creating interactive video experiences for advertisers.

Most recently before that, Jason was the founder and general manager of Liquid Wireless, which was acquired by Publishers Clearinghouse in Dec. 2011 and then continued to scale to $15 million in revenue. Jason was previously part of the product teams at MocoSpace, Sports Loyalty Systems, and Upromise.

He began his career as a consultant at Accenture. Jason graduated magna cum laude from Tufts with a B.S. in Computer Engineering and earned his MBA at Tuck, where he was an Edward Tuck Scholar.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

George Silverman

George Silverman is a lifelong entrepreneur and educator with a number of broadcasting, consulting and educational endeavors to his credit.

Following a post-college career as a radio station account executive, George founded Sunshine Broadcasting, a commercial radio station operation that grew in to a multi-state, multimillion dollar business with 150 employees. Other of George’s commercial broadcasting interests include the founding of Convergent Broadcasting and George Silverman & Associates, a media consulting and brokerage firm, and a partnership with Heartland Wireless, a publicly traded cable company.

As an educator, George has a Fellowship in Entrepreneurship at the University of Southern Maine and has trained and taught for the Maine Small Business Development Center. George currently serves as a SCORE Counselor and Media Consultant for early stage entrepreneurs .

George graduated from the University of Miami with a B.B.A. in Marketing.
