Jay Bride, President and CEO of Allegiant Global Partners (AGP), started his post college professional experience as an expatriate in Manchester, England working as a Lacrosse Development Officer for  the English Lacrosse Union, a youth lacrosse development program funded by the UK government. Upon returning to the United States, Jay embarked on experiences in sales and account management in the advertising industry, first as a radio station sales representative in Portland, Maine and then as an account executive at Grey Advertising in New York City.

Following a two year MBA program at Babson College, Jay began his career in the healthcare industry first at an Boston-based online diet, exercise and stress management business company as a business developer and then later at CIGNA Healthcare as a New Business Manager. Jay moved internally at CIGNA to CIGNA International Expatriate Benefits where he served as a New Business Manager for the New England region. Jay left CIGNA and spent six years as a benefits consultant with Viator International serving global corporate and NGO accounts across the United States before he founded AGP.

As President of Allegiant Global Partners, Jay’s primary objective is to bring a new level of professionalism, engagement and quality to the health, welfare and risk agency business. Throughout Jay’s career, he has continually strove to improve service delivery processes and outcomes with the client’s interests as the first, foremost and only concern.

Jay has visited Central and South America, Europe and eastern Europe, the Middle East, the Russian Federation, Japan and China.  He lives in Newton, Massachusetts with wife Liz and young daughters Frances and Louisa. They spend time apple picking in the fall, skiing in the winter, waiting for summer in the spring and visiting the beach when the warm weather finally arrives! When Jay has a couple of hours on his own, he loves catching a movie.
