Developing a Unique Solution with a Focus on Superior Service Delivery

Allegiant Global Partners entered the higher education industry at the request of a group of institutions to support assistance contract assessments.  Years later, the Allegiant team is thriving within the space – not only through the products and services they secure but because of the personalized and consistent service they deliver.   

Allegiant’s Work in Higher Education

Allegiant began its impactful work within the higher education sector when a large group of institutions appointed Allegiant to audit their assistance contracts in order to provide a consistent model of services across the board.  Once hired, Allegiant immediately got to work, assessed each school’s contract, identified the commonalities and differences, compiled the data, and negotiated consistent and optimal terms for each school. 

Given their success with this project, these same institutions then appointed Allegiant as their main consultant for their Global Assistance & Travel Insurance programs.  Every school maintained its unique program structure and various insurance policies, but the opportunity to aggregate and reduce risk across populations was clear.

Over the course of the following year, Allegiant worked individually with each institution to identify challenges, before moving toward a cohort model that allowed peer institutions to collaborate directly — and combine populations to seek the most effective solutions. Pooling risk and service needs across multiple traveler populations at more than one institution allowed Allegiant to develop an integrated global assistance and insurance solution that ensures the most comprehensive access and coverage available for travelers of all types at an extremely reasonable price point.

The most unique element of Allegiant’s Global Assistance & Travel Insurance solution is not the integrated insurance and assistance program, but the stellar service the Allegiant team delivers.
